Available in keg, cans, bottles, mini kegs and party kegs, the range is designed for pubs, bars, bottle shops, beer halls and Oktoberfest events looking to deliver an authentic Bavarian beer experience throughout September and October.

Alongside fresh Oktoberfest beer imports and exclusive seasonal releases, the Cave Direct Oktoberfest pre-order also includes event support, branded POS, stein rental, glassware, social-ready digital assets and activation support for venues looking to host Oktoberfest events in the UK.

Nothing creates an authentic Oktoberfest atmosphere quite like serving beer in traditional steins. As part of your Paulaner Oktoberfest event, 2 pint Paulaner steins are available to rent directly through our website, making it easy to add an extra layer of authenticity to your celebration.

Steins are supplied in crates of 15 and are available for £80 per crate. This includes a refundable £20 crate deposit, meaning the effective rental cost is just £4 per stein once the crate is returned.

Whether you're hosting a dedicated Oktoberfest celebration, a beer festival, or a one-night tap takeover, serving Paulaner Oktoberfest from branded steins adds theatre, encourages social sharing, and helps elevate the overall customer experience. Stein service not only enhances presentation but can also help increase spend per serve while creating a memorable event that guests will remember long after the last PROST.

Stein rental can be added directly through the website as part of your Oktoberfest order. If you require steins for a specific event date or would like to reserve larger quantities, please speak to your account manager to ensure availability.

How do I place an Oktoberfest pre-order?

Place your order through the Cave Direct website. Choose the beers and formats you need, check the available delivery window shown on the product, then complete checkout as normal.

Can I place more than one pre-order?

Yes. If you miss something, place another order and we will send orders together where possible.

Do minimum order values still apply?

Yes. Standard Cave Direct minimum order values still apply. If your pre-order does not hit the minimum, we will contact you before delivery to top up your basket.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery windows are based on product arrival schedules and will be displayed at the time of ordering. Window 1 begins from 17th August. Window 2 begins from 7th September.

Why are there different delivery windows?

Different products arrive at different times. Packaged beers and draught products may not land together, so each product will show its own available delivery date.

Can delivery dates change?

Yes. Brewery production, shipping and arrival schedules can move. We will update customers if there are timing changes.

Can I add standard stock to my Oktoberfest delivery?

Yes, closer to delivery. Place your top-up order when the pre-order stock is nearly ready, and we will combine where possible.

What discount is available?

Orders containing 6+ kegs or 10+ cases across the whole Oktoberfest pre-order receive 3% off. The discount is automatically applied at checkout and itemised on the invoice.

Is more price support available?

Yes. Larger events, bulk buys and full venue activations may qualify for additional support. Speak to your account manager.

Are pre-orders binding?

Yes. Once submitted, pre-orders are treated as binding orders. Changes after the closing date must be agreed with Cave Direct.

What support is available for Oktoberfest events?

Support can include Paulaner POS, branded digital assets, social-ready content, glassware support, bar runners, flags, table materials and account-manager support for larger activations. Order 6+ kegs or 10+ cases of Paulaner Oktoberfest to receive a standard Paulaner POS kit, while stocks last. Order 12+ kegs or 20+ cases of Paulaner Oktoberfest to qualify for a boosted POS kit, while stocks last.
