Omnipollo is a Swedish brewery founded in Stockholm in 2011 by brewer Henok Fentie and artist Karl Grandin. Built on the idea that beer can be a creative expression, the brewery has gained a global following through its innovative approach to flavour, design and brewing.

Best known for its modern IPAs, pastry stouts and fruit-forward beers, Omnipollo combines technical brewing expertise with a willingness to challenge conventions.
